<!--break--><p>CHARIKAR (PAN): Three Afghan security guards of the United Nations were killed as their vehicle struck a roadside bomb in the Shinwari district of central Parwan province on Thursday, police said.<p>The victims were on their way to central Bamyan province when a roadside bomb blew up their vehicle in the Razgard area at about 9am, said provincial police chief, Brig. Gen. Abdur Rahman Syedkhel.</p><p>A fourth guard was wounded in the blast, he said, adding the casualties were being transferred to a hospital in Charikar, the provincial capital. The police chief did not provide further details of the incident.</p><p>Parwan Public Health Director Dr. Muhammad Qasem Saeedi said they had sent an ambulance to the site and the dead and wounded would be brought soon to hospital.</p><p>There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the roadside blast.</p><p>ma/mud</p>
